The Villa
The holiday villa has been finished very recently (July 2010) and with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it provides space to no less than 8 adults. During construction constant attention has been paid to the comfort of you as a holiday guest. The house is situated perfectly on the wind and lets you enjoy the delicious feeling of living outside on Curaçao.
At arrival an automatic gates provides you with access to your private parking place with space for two cars, a staircase brings you to the first floor.

On the first floor you will find a large living room with a kitchenette, refrigerator and washing machine. On this floor there's one bedroom including its own bathroom. The sliding doors offer access to the spacious porch which, safely guarded by a gate, brings you to the swimming pool.
The swimming pool has an average temperature of 28-32 degrees Celcius, which is still very refreshing in the climate of Curaçao. The depth gradually descends from 50 to 150 cm, which makes that smaller children amuse themselves here too. On the nature stone pooldeck four beds are and four comfortable chairs are available on which you can enjoy the sun or the shade of a palm tree. After swimming you can rinse yourself beside the swimming pool under the shower, a toilet is also present here.
In the garden several adult plants and palm trees stand which attract hummingbirds, the local "suikerdiefjes" and a lot of other tropical birds. Barbecue fans have not been forgotten, a stone barbecue is ready for use all year long.
On the second floor you will find the very spacious living room and kitchen, the the high ceilings give you a real feeling of luxury. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need, like a side-by-side refrigerator, furnace, microwave and dishwasher. At arrival Article of the boodschappenlijstje which you have filled in at your charge present to be, so that your holiday starts directly with your favoriete bite or drink.
In the living room a lounge set is present with a 32" television on which you can receive several American and regional channels. From the porch you have a splendid view on the Caracasbay, Brakkeput and the Caribbean sea. Comfortable chairs and a large dining table let you enjoy this view at ease. The porch is built in such a way that you can sit in or out of the wind as desired.
The master bed bedroom is very spacious and has a built in closet and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. The remaining two bedrooms on this floor have a shared bathroom. In all bedrooms new boxspring beds and of course whisper silent air conditioning are present. For small children's beds are available by request. Towels and linens are in stock.
Your (grand) children have also been thought of. Access to the swimming pool and stairway has been blocked, a safe idea. A lot of children's moviesare present and please don't pack too many toys, many toys for several ages are ready for use!
Of course your security is also important to us. The whole area is surrounded by a wall and the house is provided with a modern alarm system including connection with central surveillance. Finally we as your hosts live in the same street, what makes us able to provide you with an even better service!
